Reminder that the Community Health Nurse will host Back to School Immunization Events in Beatty, Tonopah, Pahrump, and Amargosa Valley in July.
The Beatty clinic will be Wednesday, July 10th, 10 am to 2 pm at the Community Center, 100 South A Avenue.
The Tonopah clinic will be held Tuesday, July 16th, 10 am to 3 pm at the Community Health Nurse Office, 1 Frankie Street.
The Pahrump clinic will be on Tuesday, July 23rd, 9 am to 3 pm at the Community Health Nurse Office, 250 N. Highway 160.
The Amargosa Valley clinic will be held Thursday, July 24th, 10 am to 2 pm at the Community Center, 829 E. Amargosa Farm Road.

Please call 775-751-7070 for scheduling and cost information. Please bring ID, insurance, and proof of income to the appointment. Anyone with exceptions (No ID) will need to call to speak to a staff member regarding the appointment.
